SPRING SHRED EVENTS A SUCCESSposted: Monday, June 22, 2009 In May and June, SAFE offered five Shred-It Days to members and community residents in Columbia, Camden, and Sumter. Shredding was provided by Carolina Records and Information Management. Approximately 498 individuals brought unwanted tax returns, receipts and other private papers to be securely shredded. Document shredding is seen as one of the most effective ways to prevent identity theft. SAFE looks forward to offering this service again in the fall of 2009!
