SAFE is not sending emails to members requesting account information about debit cards or stating you have an alert message about online account access. THIS IS A SCAM! Do not reply or submit information. If you have received this email and submitted information, notify SAFE by emailing dhorton@safefed.org.
SAFE FCU is a member of the VISA Fraud Watch and they will never ask for any number on your credit/debit card. Never give out any portion of your card's number or even your account number with SAFE!
SAFE FCU is NOT conducting an online or email survey at this time. Members are reminded to treat unsolicited emails cautiously. SAFE does NOT request your account information nor do we promise to credit your account in exchange for completing a survey.
If you receive an e-mail wanting you to confirm ANY information about your account by e-mail or phone, DO NOT connect to the link or give any information.
We may ask you specific information that only you should know regarding your account to assure we are talking to the right party, but SAFE will never ask you to reveal your account number or password!
