SAFE Statement Update

To our valued members:

Resolution is much closer for the outage that disrupted production of SAFE's statements, notices, and tax documents. Our vendor made more strides in recent days and your December statement will be on its way shortly.

If you are enrolled in eStatements, be aware that all December statements will be mailed to ensure timely delivery while our vendor works to restore eStatement access.

As a reminder, our online and mobile banking services can let you view up to 36 months of transaction history on all your SAFE accounts. If you are not yet enrolled in online banking, a mini-statement can be printed for you at any SAFE branch. You also can request a mini-statement through our Member Service Center which can be reached at (803) 469-8600 on weekdays from 7:00AM to 7:00PM and Saturdays from 9:00AM to 1:00PM, except on designated holidays.

Production of annual tax notices and escrow notices remain a top priority for us. Our vendor is currently processing these notices and expects completion by month-end.
