The credit union is chartered as a federal credit union and is regulated by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). If any complaint you have submitted to the credit union is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may also file a complaint with the NCUA. For more information about submitting a complaint with the NCUA, Office of Consumer Protection Branch, visit www.mycreditunion.gov.
