If you live, work, worship, or go to school in one of the following areas, you may be eligible for SAFE membership.
- Clarendon County
- Florence County
- Lee County
- Sumter County
You may also be eligible for SAFE membership if your address falls within an approved census tract in one of these counties:
- Lexington County
- Richland County
- Kershaw County
